Combines dependabot PRs #3441, #3439 and #3496. The two React PRs each bump only half the pair (#3441 react, #3439 react-dom), and the app's overrides block turns the resulting peer conflict into a warning, so #3441 alone would install and build clean while crashing at runtime on React 19's renamed internals. Landing react, react-dom and both @types together avoids that. Assisted-by: Claude Code:claude-opus-4-8
