PR Description:
This PR adds Serbian language support to archinstall.
The Serbian translation has been added to improve localization support for Serbian-speaking users.
Tests and Checks
Tested by running archinstall from the branch in an Arch Linux VM and verifying that the Serbian language loads correctly.
