Add MIT license and srcmorph branding assets#152

Copy the self-contained (base64-font-embedded) srcmorph logo SVG and PNG into docs/branding/ and embed the SVG at the very top of the README. Add LICENSES/MIT.txt and REUSE-annotate both assets as MIT OR Apache-2.0 (the dual license the author ships them under in the workspace repo; the embedded Martian Mono font remains OFL-1.1).
