Ruby >= 3.1 is coming with OpenSSL > 3 which causes an error when trying to install `openssl` gem < 3: ``` extconf.rb:111:in `<main>': OpenSSL >= 1.0.1, < 3.0.0 or LibreSSL >= 2.5.0 is required (RuntimeError) ```
