This change optimizes the template's initialization script (
scripts/init.py) by replacing sequential, individualsubprocessinvocations for querying Git configuration keys with a single batch query viagit config --get-regexp. The results are parsed and cached in memory. An explicit initialization flag ensures that even if all queries are empty (e.g. in a clean container or CI context), subprocesses are not repeatedly spawned on subsequent lookups.
