This adds a basic input adapter for Create related inputs, this also includes input adapters for the Speedometer and the Stressometer.

@bananasov As of v0.10.0, most external integrations have been migrated to https://github.com/cyberbit/telem-modules, utilizing the new module system. This means that this PR will have to be closed, however I don't want to lose your contributions. If you would still like to contribute changes from this PR, I have put together a quick start on the module system here: https://github.com/cyberbit/telem-modules/wiki/Module-Quick-Start. If there is another course of action you wish to take, please let me know! I will leave this PR open in the meantime. |

This PR adds input adapters for the Create mod, including but not limited to: The speedometer, the Stressometer and the Rotation Speed Controller.
It has been a while since I last did anything related to Telem so please let me know if anything should be changed.
