- CESSDA topic classification moved from "Inhaltliche Angaben" to "Grundlegende Informationen" with a clearer question label - "Sonstige" license autosuggest now also offers the official DCAT-AP.de license register (http://dcat-ap.de/def/licenses/…, 34 licenses). These URIs also count for the MQA "license from vocabulary" metric. Version 2.16.0. Tests: 151 pass, PHPStan clean, PHPCS exit 0.
