Reviewed all Rules files in their totality (except for unicode-full.yaml, which is only partially reviewed). Had to make some changes to wording of specific symbols and adjust rules to respect french grammar.
Added all SimpleSpeak tests (functions.rs, geometry.rs, large_ops.rs, linear_algebra.rs, mfrac.rs, msup.rs, multiline.rs, sets.rs, subscripts.rs).
Added all common tests (alphabet.rs, chemistry.rs, intent.rs, mtable.rs, shared.rs, units.rs).
