Update Strand website domain to strandgit.com

Summary

• replace every tracked strand.danielss.dev website reference with strandgit.com
• update public website and documentation links, including Microsoft Store submission URLs
• regenerate the 1200×630 Open Graph preview so its visible hostname matches the new domain

Why

The Strand website moved from strand.danielss.dev to strandgit.com. Repository metadata, documentation, and social-preview assets still referenced the previous hostname.

Impact

Links published from the README, website metadata, docs, and Store-submission guidance now point to the live strandgit.com host. This is a stacked PR against developments/microsoft-store-release so it also updates the Store-specific links introduced in #75 without adding Store work to this PR's diff.
