i retested and found that i missed vite the first time
it also needs "vite-plugin-static-copy": "^4.1.0", which was not recommended by renovate, but is present here, along with a small change in vite config

i expanded the npm, node section with more explicit versions
the alternative is to use npm v10+ and Node.js v20+ which won't require updates for each future version
