Note that the target entity must already exist in the entity store, and that a failed or skipped risk score recalculation is retried on the next scheduled risk scoring engine run. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Resolves #7344
Adds an Entity store action steps reference page documenting the
entityStore.updateAssetCriticalityWorkflows step, which sets or removes an entity's asset criticality.Also wires the new page into the action steps catalog, the step type index, and the cheat sheet.
