Fixes 18 terminology inconsistencies across 11 files to align with canonical terms in GLOSSARY.md. Part of #67.
Changes
ZK proof -> zero-knowledge proof: 6 instances in 5 files
zkSNARK -> zk-SNARK: 5 instances in 2 files
ZKP -> zero-knowledge proof: 1 instance in 1 file
data availability -> Data Availability: 2 instances in 2 files
FHE encryption -> Fully Homomorphic Encryption: 2 instances in 2 files
ERC3643 -> ERC-3643: 1 instance in 1 file
