This PR is one of many in an effort to bring some Dashboard Enhancements.
This PR focuses on deleting the grid view from the dashboards pages (all, custom (though this one is getting deleted in a different PR), sentry built). This is in an effort to bring parity with the explore tab in how we present information. A lot of the changes here are deleting now unused files/components, hence the big - ~2k changes
