The new topic is based on the already topic #adventurex2025 for the incoming hackahon

Why curating the topic so early? Because after releasing #4842 , I found that most related repo disappeared in the topic page, which sounds like a bug. Also, with the desc, makers like us can comfirm the required topic is correct during the submit period.
