ci: make CI genuinely green — rust-ci toolchain pin + fmt/clippy#45

Flagship semantic proof: a figure-skating program is WellFormed iff its element count is within the ISU short-program limit (<= 7). Decidable proposition (propositional LTE), sound+complete Dec, certifier soundness, positive control + negative control (an 8-element program is provably rejected). Verified with idris2 0.7.0 (build clean, zero warnings) + adversarial false-proof rejection. …-content rule Add Anvomidaviser.ABI.Invariants over the existing Layer-2 Program model: - removeAt + removeAtLen: deleting one element drops length by exactly one. - wellFormedDownClosed: WellFormed is downward-closed under deletion at any Fin position (monotonicity), transported via lteSuccLeft. Distinct from and deeper than the Layer-2 count-limit theorem. - wellFormedTail: tail corollary. - HasContent + decHasContent: second ISU rule (minimum-content lower bound) as a sound+complete Dec with Uninhabited refutation. - certifyContent + certifyContentSound: certifier into the ABI Result. - Positive controls (trimmedWellFormed, goodHasContent) and negative/ non-vacuity controls (emptyRejected, emptyNoContent, trimFullLenIs6). Builds clean (0 warnings); a deliberately-false length claim is rejected. Registered last in anvomidaviser-abi.ipkg modules list. Prove the Result-code encoding that crosses the Idris ABI / Zig FFI seam is SOUND, complementing the structural name+value gate (abi-ffi-gate.py): - resultToIntInjective: distinct Result outcomes never collide on the wire (direct nested-case proof; off-diagonal pairs refuted by distinct Bits32 literals). - intToResult + resultRoundTrip: the C integer faithfully round-trips back to the originating Result (lossless encoding); built with boolean Bits32 == so the round-trip Refls reduce definitionally. - resultToIntInjectiveViaRoundTrip: injectivity independently re-derived from the round-trip law via Just-injectivity + cong. - Positive controls (concrete decodes = Refl) and a machine-checked non-vacuity control (distinct codes have distinct ints). Genuine total proof: no believe_me / postulate / assert_total / idris_crash. Wired into anvomidaviser-abi.ipkg; package builds clean with zero warnings. Assembles the existing proof layers into a single inhabited certificate ABISound / abiContractDischarged in Anvomidaviser.ABI.Capstone: - flagship: goodWellFormed (Layer-2 Semantics, ISU element-count rule) - invariant: trimmedWellFormed (Layer-3 Invariants, downward-closure) - ffiSeam: resultToIntInjective (Layer-4 FfiSeam, injective wire encoding) If any prior layer were unsound this value would not typecheck. A false certificate equating distinct result codes is rejected by the type checker (adversarial check confirmed). %default total, zero warnings. …ble fix) Resolves the standing baseline CI reds (rust-ci toolchain error, governance Language/anti-pattern, governance workflow-lint) without altering the proven ABI. The Bash gate reproduces the former Python gate's verdict verbatim (validated across all -iser repos) and catches the same drift classes. Summary
Make CI genuinely green. The shared rust-ci pin on
mainpredates standards#439, so the SHA-pinneddtolnay/rust-toolchainstep errors out before the job runs. This bumps the pin so rust-ci actually runs, and brings the Rust sources to fmt + clippy(-D warnings) clean under the CI toolchain (stable 1.96).Changes
