Goal

Submit Lab 10 — Cloud Computing: Ship QuickNotes to a Real Cloud (No Card Required)

Changes

• Add .github/workflows/release.yml that builds app/ on v* tags, pushes :version + :latest to ghcr.io
• Add cloud/Dockerfile + cloud/README.md, HF Space pulling the ghcr image.

Testing

• Green CI release run pushed the image to ghcr.io, verified a clean docker pull.
• curl /health and /notes on the live Space return 200.
• Measured warm p50 (5 requests) and cold-start latency after idle.

Checklist
