What is the purpose of this PR?

To produce a testable artifact for each PR/Release. This will save time and confusion during testing.

Relevant changes

  • Updated the UnitTest pipeline to also package and archive the packages in this repo.
  • Updated workflow name to TestAndBuild.yml

What should be covered while testing?

Usability of this approach.
