- Added Windows foundry_local.lib to the runtime NuGet package for applications linking against foundry_local.dll. - Added regression coverage for .lib staging and package documentation staging. - Added package-root README.md, Privacy.md, and ThirdPartyNotices.txt files following the ONNX Runtime packaging pattern. - Declared README.md as the NuGet package readme and included all package documents in the nuspec. - Renamed C++ SDK bundles to platform-specific names: foundry-local-win-x64.zip foundry-local-win-arm64.zip foundry-local-linux-x64.tgz foundry-local-linux-arm64.tgz foundry-local-osx-arm64.tgz - Added validation and documentation updates for the revised packaging behavior. --------- Co-authored-by: Prathik Rao <prathikrao@microsoft.com>
