Adds Open Index to the Resources section of
ADDITIONAL.md. Open Index is an open-source toolkit for building searchable, structured context graphs that agents can query and maintain through MCP.Motivation and Context
This makes the MCP community aware of an ecosystem resource for creating and serving domain-specific agent context.
How Has This Been Tested?
Documentation-only change; validated with
