Adds
NetworkSnapshotandsnapshot()so applets can refresh their full point-in-time state after anyNetworkEvent. Also adds typed active connection models andlist_active_connections()for wired, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other active connections, including IPs and UI-relevant link/AP details.
