Adds applet-oriented snapshot helpers for grouping visible Wi-Fi APs by interface and SSID, matching saved Wi-Fi profiles, and summarizing saved VPN state.
These helpers let the applet derive Wi-Fi rows, known networks, active Wi-Fi state, and saved VPN activity directly from
NetworkSnapshotwithout extra D-Bus reads.
