Carries the folded v1.1 dev-tooling and docs (no standalone 1.1.0 was cut), the enriched feed / fleet integration (sister HTTP API #99, worker↔stack integration harness #114), and stratum auth/TLS (#113/#115, moved up from v1.6 to cluster with the harness). Lockstep with Pithead v1.5 (fleet/worker management): rigforge#99 feeds pithead#235, rigforge#114 pairs with pithead#209, stratum pairs with pithead#208/#261. Sequence #99 before #114.
