Centered brand header with CDN logo + badge row + docs link, overview with the callbacks-first story, quickstart, docs-site section with the markdown2dash --no-deps local-run recipe, 13-component tier table, MUI X Pro licensing section (independent-MIT vs commercial-MUI distinction), common-props table pointing at the metadata-generated /api page, measured Dash-compatibility section matching ci.yml, development/ releasing/deployment runbooks matching the real scripts, and the network footer. Replaces the stale python app.py / Python 3.8 / Node 16 claims and 400 lines of per-component snippets the docs site now covers with live examples.
