I'm preparing a Managing Editor handover for Programming Historian en français

• I've created a new role type: managing-assistant in teamroles.yml
• I've updated the field team_roles: in ph_authors.yml
• I've updated the name provided on the appropriate line of the field managing_editor: in snippets.yml
• I've updated the name provided on our Lesson Proposal form /formulaire-proposition.txt

• I'm also updating the definition: of the role managing
• I'm adding definition:of the new role managing-assistant (I will seek support to check translations)
