💡 What:
Optimized the badge evaluation engine in src/lib/badges.ts using a transient EvaluationCache to hold and share database query promises (for module completion count, tool session count, and user profile details) across criteria checks during a single evaluateBadges call.

🎯 Why:
During badge evaluation, the engine sequentially loops through all published badges and queries the database for user stats (like completed lessons count, XP, streak days, and tool sessions) for each badge criteria checked. This created an O(R) query pattern (R = number of published, unearned rules). By caching the query promises, we completely eliminate duplicate database roundtrips.

📊 Impact:
Collapses database roundtrips for multi-rule badge evaluations from O(R) to O(1). Under normal conditions, this reduces database load and prevents redundant queries during badge check sequences.

🔬 Measurement:
Verified that all existing unit tests in src/lib/__tests__/badges.test.ts pass and typecheck returns zero errors.
