LGTM. The builders look stable over the last 21 days.
I noticed some failures on "PPC64LE CentOS9 LTO + PGO 3.x": build failure and test failure (test_frame_pointer_unwind), 20 days ago. These issues have been quickly fixed. The builder is now stable for ~20 days.

These builders had moved to unstable to resolve some issues and then running continuously without issues for some years.
