Add README files for WiFi_Dynamic_IP, WiFi_Manual_IP, WiFi_Firmware_Driver and WiFi_OnOff. Document each test's purpose, dependencies, usage, LAVA parameters, generated logs, and PASS/SKIP/FAIL criteria. Align the documentation with the current run.sh behavior, including SSID/password handling, WiFi interface detection, firmware/probe checks, DHCP validation, and OnOff recovery configuration.
