Summary
rs docdid not restart when the project'srstack.config.*or one of its imported dependencies changed because the Rspress adapter discarded the resolved config file metadata. This PR forwards those paths throughbuilderConfig.dev.watchFileswithrestartbehavior while preserving user-defined watchers, and adds regression coverage for config, dependency, and custom watch changes.
