Enhancements

Added case study for which the p value distribution is skew to the right which might indicate a covariate is not controlled or the dispersion between different groups are quite different such that the null distribution is not correct. We added a new function which user can choose to use to re-estimate the p-values if they think that is necessary based on the p-value histogram.
