Updates the log dependency in the implants workspace from 0.4.20 to 0.4.33.

This update handles transitive dependencies correctly and ensures the build remains stable across the Rust, Go, and TypeScript environments.

• Rust: cargo build --all-targets and cargo test in the implants directory passed successfully.
• Go: go build ./... and go test ./... in the repository root passed successfully.
• TS: npm run build and npm test run in the tavern/internal/www directory passed successfully.

Fixes an outdated dependency issue.
