• Bump apps/docs Blume 1.1.0 → 1.1.2 (1.1.1, 1.1.2).
• Set seo.og.titles["/"] for the custom home OG card title.

Why it matters here

• Changelog pages get unique meta descriptions (was site-wide fallback → audit noise).
• llms.txt → changelog RSS no longer false-positive stale.
• Custom pages/index.astro can name its OG card via seo.og.titles.
