Adds a scheduled GitHub Actions workflow to run Socket “full application reachability” analysis for this repo, with custom log parsing to surface Tier-2 fallback as a non-failing warning.
Changes:
- Introduces a new
socket-scanworkflow triggered weekly and via manual dispatch. - Installs Socket CLI and runs
socket scan create --reach, preserving the CLI exit code. - Emits a GitHub Actions
::warning::annotation when Tier 1 reachability falls back to Tier 2.
