Looking to implement #8. No adminui components yet but I've added the RPC calls to add, remove and list blacklisted keywords based on scope (room/serverwide). Blacklists are maintained in the db and are stored/changed dynamically via an string search package I yanked (with attribution). On a keyword match, the search will just return nothing.
