NetGuard is a prototype for real-time, explainable Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS) that captures live network traffic, detects five attack categories, generates plain-English explanations for every alert, and automatically blocks attackers via iptables — all visible through a live SOC-style dashboard.
