Records the final solver time and state for each VMEC guiding-center particle as
termination_timesandtermination_states.The existing sampled trajectory output is unchanged. The extra output is one scalar and one state vector per particle. The 200-particle QP trace kept the same 8 axis hits, 90 boundary hits, and 45% loss fraction.
Depends on #52. No test files changed.
