Testing the changes
CONTEXT: other distros typically package ocrmypdf w/out pypdfium2. I decided to remove it from pyproject.toml with a static patch. Should, at any point in the future, pypdfium2 be required (right now it's optional as ocrmypdf falls back on Ghostscript), I will package it like I did in #58660
