Autocomplete menu decorations: replace colored squares with Ⓕ for field and Ⓟ for property

Replaces colored squares/circles in the autocomplete menu with glyphs like Ⓕ for field and Ⓟ for property. Some of these glyphs are rendered with colors that roughly match the visual studio intellisense coloring.
