The emergency stop is no longer causing issues in the SAS B1 driver (Adorno-Lab/sas_robot_driver_unitree_b1#21). However, the watchdog still does. This PR modifies the exception handling when the watchdog triggers an emergency stop to follow the same strategy used in the emergency stop.
